Pulled Pork
(First Attempt)
1. 5lb. Bone in pork shoulder
For the dry rub:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Brown sugar
Black pepper
Seasoned salt
Pregeat the oven to 275*F
Trim excess fat off the pork if needed leaving about 1/8th inch
mix dry rub well and liberally coat the pork getting every where
Cook low and slow for 8 hours
Let pork rest for about 15 minutes
Pull apart with forks
Try not to eat it all right out of the pan :)
Serving suggestions:
Sandwiches
W/ Arroz con pollo (Goya Chicken rice)
Over Ramen noodles (Chicken flavor works well)
